Frescoe “Triumph of Religion”. Francesco Mancini (1722)

The restoration, carried out immediately after the earthquake of 1998 brought to light the beautiful color scheme of these frescoes covered with numerous protective coatings of altered dust and powders.

Large fracture damage was found  in the central apse, which had caused the detachment of the painted walls of the structure below.
